You can download the watchOS 10 beta 8 (21R5355a) update for free via the dedicated Apple Watch app on your iPhone by going to General > Software Update. To install the new software, your Apple Watch must have at least 50 percent battery charge, be on a charger, and be within range of your iPhone.

For Beta release:
To update watchOS 10 beta 8 (21R5355a), developers will need to download the configuration profile from Apple Developer Center. To install new software, Apple Watch must have at least 50 percent battery charge, be on a charger, and be within range of an iPhone.
